Adapt Resourcing is looking for a number exceptional sales professionals with a proven track record of winning new business. We will consider sales professionals from all markets and sectors looking to move into the recruitment industry and join our successful team in our office in Maidstone Kent.

We can provide you with the relevant training and support to get you up to speed on the market sectors we currently work within. All you have to do is prove to us that you have the experience and the results to reflect winning new business in your respective recruitment or sales market.
Most successful candidates (but not limited too) will have 12 - 24 months experience in B2B sales and have worked in a financially targeted, KPI, fast paced dynamic environment. Even though this is a trainee recruitment position you still need to have a proven track record in sales to be considered.
The responsibilities of a recruitment consultant are very challenging. It involves conducting the full recruitment / sales life cycle, account management, business development on behalf of both our candidates and clients from start to finish. To be successful here at Adapt Resourcing you need to be career minded, financially driven, ambitious, hard-working, with the desire to succeed and want to continually develop your selling skills.
